Popular lunch spot in midtown. The lines can get long but moves. They have daily lunch special for sandwiches and rice platters. The chicken stew I got was flavorful and the green sauce has a nice kick to it but not super spicy. If you head to the back there’s seating to enjoy your meal.

This place deserves every star and good review it receives. The spot has a welcoming atmosphere. Efficient service from friendly staff. Their dishes make eating here pleasurable. I found much to like about this place.

Really good Cuban food! I highly recommend the empanadas and and pork chunks (Masitas de Puerco). Got: -several empanadas: spinach, guava, cheese -Papa rellena (beef) -tostada w/ queso -masitas de puerco (with arroz moro, potato salad, and maduros) Empanadas had a perfect consistency - nice crispy shell with a soft gooey interior. The tostada was maybe the only thing I wouldn't get again. It was maybe a little overcooked. The fried pork chunks were excellent. Tender and moist. Nice sweet plantains and the rice was tasty as expected.
